Maison BARNES has been envisioned as an elegant townhouse, a place where every detail tells a story. From engraved glass to sculpted ironwork, from varnished wood to touches of gilded bronze, everything reflects the craftsmanship and beauty that BARNES holds dear.

The décor, designed by Stéphanie de Ricou and Kévin Ouvré, draws inspiration from the Belle Époque: painted ceilings reminiscent of the Grand Palais, shades of verdigris, walnut furniture, and carefully selected art pieces create a timeless setting.

Here, heritage naturally converses with modernity, offering a cozy universe where one feels welcomed like in a family home, elegant, inspiring, and profoundly Parisian.

Together with Chef Daniel Boulud, Maison BARNES celebrates French cuisine in all its forms.
